Rethinking giftedness - a powerful insight

I've long been looking for ways to build more inclusive and collaborative classrooms. So coming across this (< 6 minute) Youcubed video was very on point.

It spoke volumes (and still does), offering a critical insight that I didn't have before. But one that's (I believe) important for building inclusive learning cultures.
